With our Online Strength Program you can take your training to the next level with 4 weekly sessions, built around the key human movement patterns and complimentary accessory work, to build muscular strength and size.
Being part of the group programme also includes access to a Coach who can answer your questions as well as ensure that you continue to move forward in your journey.
This programme is catered for mixed abilities and can be scaled accordingly where necessary.
